2. Verified Profiles

• To maintain a high standard of trust, we encourage all users to complete their verification process.
• Verified profiles receive a badge, indicating that their identity and contact details have been confirmed by our team.
• We strictly prohibit the creation of fake accounts or impersonation. Any account found violating this rule will be permanently banned.

3. Safe Trading Practices

While AquaSangham connects buyers and sellers, we strongly advise users to follow these safe trading practices:

• Always verify the goods in person before making full payments.
• Use secure and traceable payment methods. Avoid sending cash advances to unverified sellers.
• Document your trades with proper invoices, receipts, and communication logs.
• Be cautious of deals that seem "too good to be true."

4. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

We have a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activities, scams, and deceptive practices.

• Users caught engaging in fraudulent behavior, price manipulation, or selling counterfeit/banned goods will face immediate account termination.
• We cooperate fully with local law enforcement agencies and cybercrime cells in India to report and investigate fraudulent activities.

5. Community Guidelines

• Treat all members of the AquaSangham community with respect.
• Harassment, abusive language, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in a ban.
• Do not post misleading information, false prices, or spam in the community forums or classifieds.

6. Reporting Suspicious Activity

Your vigilance helps keep the platform safe. If you encounter a suspicious listing, a fraudulent user, or abusive behavior, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting our Trust & Safety team directly.
